I plan to attend your 2nd Annual Forum on 12/10/08, just as I attended your 1st at the Ky. Center.
I cannot be there, but I hope to see a thorough position taken by 8664 that factors in two recent/upcoming developments that seemingly may have differing ramifications for infrastructure:
1.)The economic crisis, which would seemingly bolster the 8664 plan, and;
2.)Preliminary reports of massive infrastructure investment as part of a huge new stimulus package advanced by the incoming Obama administration, which would break down obstacles to the current plan, but could also be a huge opportunity for light rail investment.
I look forward to the 8664 response to these recent developments. Thank you.
